What is RL?

RL: Return label. This is a post-sales issue that is the responsibility of the platform and the supplier. Customer service will apply for and provide a return label. Please return the package within 15 calendar days of receiving the RL return label (with a return logistics tracker). Returns after this deadline will not be processed by the platform. Please note that door-to-door pickup service is not available. Please pack the goods and return them at the nearest delivery point.
