Regarding the handling of historical orders before the return guarantee service took effect, please see the following instructions:
Orders placed before January 4, 2022, will continue to be processed for "no-questions-asked returns" as usual. Once the product is returned to the platform warehouse and signed for, a partial refund of 45%-55% will be issued based on the distributor's membership level.
Effective January 4, 2022, at midnight, the 45%-55% compensation for "no-questions-asked returns" will be discontinued. If the return guarantee service is not purchased by then, and an order results in a "no-questions-asked return" after-sales service, the Saiying Distribution Platform will not process the no-questions-asked return and provide compensation.
