Detailed Explanation of Order Return Policy

1) For returns not caused by the distributor/end-buyer (referring to returns due to product quality issues, incorrect shipment, missing or damaged items, etc.), please contact tStMini to file a customer service complaint and upload a photo or video of the product in question. After verification, the platform will provide a prepaid return label. Please return the package within 15 calendar days of receiving the return label (the return logistics tracker will be visible). Please note!!! If the distributor initiates the return process by providing the return label to the end-buyer, tStMini will not reimburse the return shipping costs.

2) For returns without reason (for personal reasons, such as dissatisfaction with the product received, or not wanting it), you must purchase the "Return Guarantee Service."
